Unfortunately, we just learned that the Miramar Air Show has been canceled for 2020, but for good reason with officials citing the continuing spread of COVID-19 across California communities.
A perennial favorite event to photograph and enjoy with friends are air shows, including the annual Miramar Air Show held every fall at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego. The Miramar event regularly attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators and is among the best in the world. It’s easy to snap over 10,000 photographs of flying aircraft, static displays, and special events over the weekend.
