Tee time this morning in Indian Wells.
I stumbled across this grainy photo of my 1972 DKW 125cc Motorcross... a favorite motorcycle I once owned. The DKW, also sold under the #SACHS brand name, came in three models - The motocross (with the giant radial fins seen here), a Cross-Country, and a street-legal Boondocker Enduro. I owned all three models over the years. I bought this DKW 125 Motorcross from Kelly Owen, a renowned Southern California motocross collector and restorer. It's shown with the muffler exhaust pipe from a street-legal boondocker.
