I take pictures of the people, places, and things I find interesting, want to remember, share and learn more about. It’s really that simple.  When I capture an image I like, I’ll occasionally post it here.

Photography as a hobby makes me a better marketer

I’ve clocked forty-plus years in marketing with some of the world’s most successful companies and brands including Wells Fargo, Visa, Union 76, BP, Citibank, Chrysler, ConocoPhillips, Circle K, Xerox, and many others – that’s about 90,000 billable hours working and collaborating with many incredible photographers, designers, copywriters, creatives, and visual artists. I’m always amazed at their talents, skills and passion for the creative process.

Taking pictures for fun improves my appreciation and empathy exponentially when working with creative thought leaders, visual artists and content creators.

Favorite photography subjects

When I take pictures for personal enjoyment, my favorite subjects are willing ones – cars, animals, friends, lovers, buildings, machines, landscapes, sunsets, art, furniture, wildlife, random objects, and just about anything that I see along the path that’s interesting which can be photographed without a lot of drama. Adding a story to the picture is half the fun.

I thank you for visiting and welcome your comments.
